NEW GrapheX WaVe segment beats the rest!

Recently, a customer contacted us about a job in the Isle of Scilly where they needed to drill a minimum of 20 holes a day into very hard, dense, post World War II concrete. This concrete also had a low sand content with 1 to 2 layers of 12mm mesh reinforcement. This was an issue for the customer as they had very tight time constraints and some of the concrete was the hardest in the UK! JKS UK Ltd had to supply a very fast core, capable of cutting through the hard concrete whilst giving economical lifetime. We designed a new grapheX segment called WaVe which turned out to be the quickest segment for the customer to use. Other competitors segments were tested by the customer but the grapheX WaVe proved best for the job.
This new segment is now available as an addition to our Graphex range at JKS UK Ltd!
Our grapheX Universal 250mm core drilled 28 holes with a 20 minute average time per 225mm depth.
The grapheX WaVe 250mm drilled an average time of 17 minutes per 225mm depth with a 32 hole lifetime - a clear winner!
