Drill Masters Ltd success with Graphex Blades
Drill Masters Ltd, Ipswich won a major floor sawing contract removing 4 Km's of trench in preparation for a new water mains in around the suburbs of Ipswich.
Cutting through 150mm and 300mm of Asphalt over 150mm concrete, the main contractor awarded Drill Masters the job because of proven results on a similar project completed recently in Cambridge.
Rob Hart, Managing Director of Drill Masters Ltd chose the JKS UK Ltd CC2 Graphex 900mm and 750mm blades for the concrete and AC2 750mm and 600mm for the Asphalt to work with his 64HP diesel Floorsaw.
Over 130 linear meters of trench had to be removed each day and the key to the project was speed of cut, of which the Graphex blades worked at the exact speed of cut required with the lifetime an added bonus.
The project was completed ahead of schedule.
