JKS UK Ltd Returns & Refund Policy*

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns or items which are thought to be defective must be notified to JKS UK Ltd in writing within 5 working days** of delivery or the Customer shall otherwise be deemed to have accepted the Goods.

Returned Goods need to have the receipt or proof of purchase as supplied at the time of purchase.

Where the Customer accepts or has been deemed to have accepted any Goods then JKS UK Ltd shall have no liability whatsoever to the Customer in respect of those Goods.

Any Goods returned must be in perfect condition. The Customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs when returning Goods. Shipping costs are non-­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if arranged by JKS UK Ltd) will be deducted from your refund.

JKS UK Ltd may in its absolute discretion agree that items can be returned for credit but any such agreement will only be valid if confirmed in writing. 

In the event that JKS UK Ltd does agree in writing that items may be returned for credit, returns will, in cases where the return is for reasons generated by the Customer, be subject to a 15% handling / restocking charge.

Items which have been tailored to the Customer’s specific requirements cannot be returned for credit.

Sale Items

Sale items from the Showroom are purchased “as seen” and therefore not eligible for refund  

Refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies or your method of payment.

* In accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982.

**Working day is classed as 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday – except English public holidays

IF THERE IS NO FAULT – DON’T ASSUME YOU CAN CHANGE IT – YOU HAVE NO LEGAL RIGHTS. SO BUY THE WRONG SIZE, COLOUR, POWER, OR CHANGE YOUR MIND AND YOU’VE NO AUTOMATIC RIGHT TO A REFUND
