Returns or items which are thought to be defective must be notified to JKS UK Ltd in writing within 5 working days** of delivery or the Customer shall otherwise be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
Returned Goods need to have the receipt or proof of purchase as supplied at the time of purchase.
Where the Customer accepts or has been deemed to have accepted any Goods then JKS UK Ltd shall have no liability whatsoever to the Customer in respect of those Goods.
Any Goods returned must be in perfect condition. The Customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs when returning Goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if arranged by JKS UK Ltd) will be deducted from your refund.
JKS UK Ltd may in its absolute discretion agree that items can be returned for credit but any such agreement will only be valid if confirmed in writing.
In the event that JKS UK Ltd does agree in writing that items may be returned for credit, returns will, in cases where the return is for reasons generated by the Customer, be subject to a 15% handling / restocking charge.
Items which have been tailored to the Customer’s specific requirements cannot be returned for credit.
