Direct To Site Deliveries

All of our delivery services are available on a direct to site basis. All Customers must supply a full postal address, including name, post code and a contact telephone number of the person that will receive and sign for the Goods.

Timed Deliveries

Timed (By Noon, Pre 10am and Pre 9am) and Saturday  (By Noon or Pre 10am) deliveries are available on request for an additional charge, please ask for current pricing when placing your order.
Please note some areas especially in Scotland & Wales do not have the full range of timed delivery slots available.


Although most products will be shipped on a next day service, from time to time it may be necessary to ship items by different services which could cause delivery times to be extended and delivery costs increased. For circumstances like these you will be informed at the time of order or shortly afterwards of any additional charges applicable and amended delivery times.
Although JKS UK Ltd will endeavor to arrange for deliveries to be made on the date stated when placing your order, we cannot accept any liability or claims as a result of failed or late deliveries.
If any Services are delayed, postponed and/or are cancelled due to the Customer failing to comply with its obligations the Customer will be liable to pay JKS UK Ltd additional standard charges from time to time for such delay, postponement and/or cancellation except where the Customer is acting as a consumer and the delay is due to a Force Majeure event.
By special agreement Goods can be left by the courier at a designated place requested by the Customer – once the Goods have been left at this designated place the Customer has been deemed to have accepted these Goods and JKS UK Ltd shall have no liability whatsoever to the Customer in respect of these Goods

On Delivery / Collection

The Customer will be responsible for checking the Goods for damage or quantity upon delivery or collection.
If the Goods are damaged or the incorrect parts / wrong quantity supplied then the Customer must contact JKS UK Ltd immediately and by no later than 5 working days after delivery*
*Working day is classed as 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday – except English public holidays
